Abstract
In an era where education must equip individuals with the skills and adaptability to navigate an unpredictable world, social media platforms have become key spaces for professional development, collaboration, and identity formation among educators. Amid the global shift to digital learning, online communities of teachers and educational influencers play a vital role in shaping educational practices and reimagining learning ecosystems. This study explores the transformative role of teacher influencers in Italy through a mixed-methods approach. Preliminary findings suggest that digital platforms transcend traditional learning structures, fostering interconnected environments where educators engage in collaborative knowledge exchange. By examining the emerging role of teacher influencers and the factors driving educators to follow them, the study underscores both the potential and challenges of social media in creating an inclusive network for lifelong learning and professional growth.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
