Extremely complex semiconductor quantum ring-based structures as single ring, multiple concentric rings and coupled ring–disk, dot–ringDot–ring and dot–diskDot–disk structures can be easily designed and grown by Droplet Epitaxy. This Chapter reviews the fabrication and characterization of such complex quantum nanostructures. Electronic structure, single photon emission, carrier dynamics and magnetic properties in ring structures will be discussed.
