Starting from the widespread distress caused by the Covid-19 pandemic from the first months of 2020, we intend to propose a reflection on the possibility of a pedagogical contribution that can support the knowledge and the practices of educational professionals facing new challenges and training questions. Within the “Bicocca for Citizenship” project in the first phase of the health emergency, a group of educationalists of the Department of Human Sciences and Education “Riccardo Massa” of the Milan- Bicocca University set up the proposal of events focused on educational themes, addressed to the territory. The initiative called “Dialogues with Citizenship” will be presented as a social and civil responsibility task taken by the University, also reflecting on how it made it possible to experiment with proposals and dynamics typical of educational work, but in unprecedented conditions that required inventing tools to cope with unknown complexities.

Abstract
