La formazione nei servizi educativi per l’infanzia milanesi. Una storia di collaborazione tra Comune e Atenei cittadini

This contribution traces and comments the history of professional development of educators and teachers in the City of Milano, focussing on the collaboration between Municipality and local Universities and on the strong link between research and formation. It sketches the professional development process coordinated for two decades, during the years of development of ECEC in Milan, by CIE (The Center of Innovation in Education of the City) and its transformation and recurrent features in recent projects.

Nelle pagine del contributo è ricostruita e commentata la storia che ha caratterizzato la formazione degli educatori e insegnanti dei servizi comunali milanesi.
