This chapter illustrates an innovative workshop that explores the reflexive, transformative, orienting effects due to active involvement of the body’s perception and movement in vocational guidance. The idea behind this work, from an ecosystemic point of view, is that embodiment is a way to knowledge. Starting from this premise, the workshop became a setting for adult education where it was possible to cultivate critical dialogue between participants. The authors highlights the importance of dialogue and learning in public spaces in order to acquire creative resources for thinking, feeling and acting in new ways, towards diverse futures.
