Direct inguinal blunt trauma is an uncommon but possible cause of bowel perforation in patients with groin hernia. in this case report we want to describe bowel perforation in a 67-year-old patient with bilateral groin hernia due to a directly inguinal blunt trauma managed with loop ileostomy with rod.
