Picturebooks on intercultural themes allow shared stories and vision and commentary of the images. The picturebooks with intercultural contents are a novelty in the last years in publishing; they are an innovative possibility for intercultural education. Some pcturebooks will be examined in order to introduce themes of intercultural education in secondary and primary schools. Reading texts and the images suitable for students of different ages can initiate educational dialogues and inner reflections in the students.
