Sistemica, famiglie, formazione. Una sfida, ovvero un dialogo con me stessa

The paper addresses in a reflexive and autoethnographic way the tensions felt by the author in her trial to embody and mold an authentically systemic sight. This is a challenge that requires learning of the second and third order: what is at stake here is not adhesion to one sight, albeit systemic, but the ability to play and dialogue with different sights, for example in searching for the “family Us” or for new practices in research and communication.

L'articolo affronta in modo riflessivo e auto-etnografico le tensioni vissute dall'autrice nel tentativo di dare corpo e forma a uno sguardo autenticamente sistemico. Una sfida che richiede apprendimenti di secondo e di terzo ordine: non si tratta di aderire a uno sguardo, ancorché sistemico, ma di saper giocare e dialogare con sguardi diversi, ad esempio nel ricercare il “Noi familiare” o nuove pratiche di ricerca e di comunicazione.
