This book analyses the primary and support activities (or functions) in the firm and try to know with a check system to set up these activities, specially analyses administration system, marketing and customer system, production, machinery, amortization and depreciation ,for every check system there are ten check points and ranking of every function and by total of the firm. So that it is possible to have a ranking of efficiency of the firm.
