WINEHERIT is inspired by a comparative ethnographic approach to the study of cultural heritage in 3 of Europe's most emblematic wine regions: Burgundy (F), Douro (P) and Piedmont (I). Working from an interdisciplinary perspective that draws on the expertise of geologists, historians and anthropologists, it seeks to identify and analyse the economic and geographic transformations associated with wine production.
