Il dovere costituzionale di difendere la patria di fronte alle nuove minacce

The article aims at peace and war beyond art. 11 of the Constitution, with regard to the constitutional duty to defend the homeland and the objects that must be defended today with methods and tools, both civil and military, suited to the new challenges of war and defense, of the new kinetic, cybernetic, hybrid and cognitive wars, which use and undermine the essential presuppositions of the forms of democratic constitutional state and require new forms of prevention and contrast, but always in conformity with the Constitution that must be defended.

L’intervento mira alla pace e alla guerra oltre l’art. 11 Cost, con riguardo al dovere costituzionale di difendere la patria e agli oggetti che occorre difendere oggi con modi e strumenti, civili e militari, adeguati alle nuove sfide della guerra e della difesa , delle nuove guerre cinetiche, cibernetiche, ibride e cognitive, che usano e mettono in crisi i presupposti essenziali delle forme di Stato costituzionale democratico ed esigono forme nuove di prevenzione e contrasto, ma sempre conformi alla Costituzione che occorre difendere.
