This essay analyzes the Italian Sports Reform Act, particularly in the context of provisions to support women. In this regard, reference should be made to Chapter II, within Title V of Legislative Decree no. 36/2021, whose Articles 39 and 40 concern, respectively, rules for access to professional women’s sports and the promotion of gender equality, thus ensuring employment protections.
