L’autonomia differenziata e le sue incognite

The result offered by article 116, paragraph 3, of the Constitution, of a regionalism characterised by greater asymmetry, seemed to be on the verge of being achieved in 2024, but a climate of widespread aversion and the position adopted by the Constitutional Court in judgment no. 192/2024 have shown that the path of its implementation is fraught with uncertainties. The essay deals with several profiles of the issue in order to frame the dubious conformity of the implementation plan with the constitutional dictate and the unconvincing convenience of initiating dynamics in the relations between the State and the Regions and between the Regions that could disrupt the cohesion of the national community.
