Abstract
Management education has gone through a profound evolution, moving from a hierarchical and theoretical approach to a dynamic, systemic, and digital model, one that aligns with economic, technological and social transformations. Beginning with the managerial revolution described by Chandler, the emergence of the managerial ruling class has redefined the logic of business. With the advent of globalization, digitization and, more recently, artificial intelligence, business schools are confronted with the need to train leaders capable of dealing with proliferating complexities. The integration of new technologies and AI is redefining educational content, methods and goals, posing new ethical and pedagogical challenges for the future.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
