We report the first room temperature, continuous wave operation of the electrical injection nanolasers with subwavelength cavity. The lasing mode is confined in an InP/InGaAs-SiN-Silver cavity of rectangular cross section operating at 1.55 μm. © OSA/CLEO 2011.
