SMART GOVERNANCE LEADERSHIP TRAINING: ADAPTATION VUCA ERA

To create smart civil apparatus and smart governance in the adaption of VUCA (volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity) in accordance to the change in competency development –analog to digital, pedagogy to heutagogy and training to learning—the fundamental transformation in Leadership Training is needed. This transformation includes the implementation of learning methods and training curricula through competency targets and training substances. The data and information finding was held for the purpose to look at the competency needed and training format that is most suitable to anwer the challenges from the need of rapid change.
