Tourism Law provides a relevant contribution to the evolution of Italian private law. Tourism Law in the modern sense, is born and grows as interdischiplinary law. Which separated from its origin mainly of public law, has gradually given way to private autonomy, penetrating in to civil categories and creating new ones. Tourism has created new contracts, new Torts and new figures. Tourism has modified traditional juridical institutes in various section of private law.
Il diritto del turismo offre un rilevante contributo all'evoluzione del diritto privato italiano. Il diritto del turismo, in senso moderno, nasce e si sviluppa come diritto interdisciplinare. Staccandosi dalle origini prevalentemente pubblicistiche, ha progressivamente lasciaot spazio all'autonomia privata, penetrando in istituti privatistici e creandone di nuovi.
