Il principio DNSH e la lotta al greenwashing

The paper aims to reason about the context in which the so-called DNSH principle originates in order to, first, understand the significance of its introduction, its initial scope, and its enduring relevance in the field of private operators and finance. The framing then allows to reason about the consequences of the application of DNSH also in the context of the implementation measures of recovery and resilience plans in all member States. A heterogenesis of endings is perhaps realized whereby a criterion created to fight greenwashing is used by European Union to proclaim all NRRP implementation measures as green.
