The purpose of this study was to assess Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy (CDMSE) among Palestinian Eleventh and Tenth Grade students. Career decision self-efficacy—short form—was administered to a sample of 430 students randomly chosen from population of all Eleventh and Tenth Grade students (N = 9902) of public schools in Nablus city in Palestine. Males (n = 214, 49.8%), and females (n = 216, 50.2%) were also represented. Findings revealed that the level of career decision making self-efficacy was high, and that there were no significant differences in career decision-making self-efficacy in regard to gender and grade. It is concluded that the findings of our study may be useful and applicable if the meditational role of career decision-making self-efficacy is considered in offering diverse and multicultural counseling services whether by developmental programs or preventive or remedial ones targeting Palestinian high school students.

Abstract
It is concluded that the findings of our study may be useful and applicable if the meditational role of career decision-making self-efficacy is considered in offering diverse and multicultural counseling services whether by developmental programs or preventive or remedial ones targeting Palestinian high school students.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
