The article focuses on bachelor graduates in Sociology and aims at increasing the effectiveness of the Reform introduced by Dm 509/1999 from the employability standpoint, measuring the usability of this degree in the labor market as: employment and job opportunities, course of transition from higher education to the labor market; coherence and congruence of the job with the type and level of educational credentials; career models; overall satisfaction in relation to the relationship between higher education and career path. The general aim of the paper is to promote reflection on the skills offered by our degree programs and on the opportunity to reformulate educational offerings in each university.
