The rapid changes brought about by the digitilized society require philosophers of law, particularly those with an analytic-linguistic orientation, to address the semantic questions that arise from this transformation. The ethical-legal narrative of AI employs concepts that aim to guide our understanding of the social and relational changes that will shape the future. Specifically in the European context, this narrative prefers terms and linguistic expressions that reinforce a "person-centered vision". This is emphasized in all normative documents that have shaped the European approach to this issue, especially those relating to the medical applications of AI systems.

Abstract
The rapid changes brought about by the digitilized society require philosophers of law, particularly those with an analytic-linguistic orientation, to address the semantic questions that arise from this transformation. The ethical-legal narrative of AI employs concepts that aim to guide our understanding of the social and relational changes that will shape the future. Specifically in the European context, this narrative prefers terms and linguistic expressions that reinforce a "person-centered vision". This is emphasized in all normative documents that have shaped the European approach to this issue, especially those relating to the medical applications of AI systems.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
