Luigi Ferrajoli’s book is an opportunity to discuss some profiles of theoretical and philosophical-legal interest. Among these, two reflections on the fundamental right to peace will be proposed. We will discuss the commitment of the right to peace led by specific actors and its guarantee through the control of the use of force; finally, we will discuss peace in relation to the current war situation between the Russian Federation and Ukraine.
