The introduction of additional phases by loop contributions that can shift the experimentally measurable parameter αeff away from the value of α was discussed. An unbinned extended maximum likelihood fit that assumed the earlier mentioned event types was performed. The systematic error was estimated from ignoring interference with nonresonant modes and a 1π to be 0.02 on SL, CL and 2.4% on the signal yield. The Brec vertex from the two charged-pion tracks in its decay was determined.

Abstract

The introduction of additional phases by loop contributions that can shift the experimentally measurable parameter αeff away from the value of α was discussed. An unbinned extended maximum likelihood fit that assumed the earlier mentioned event types was performed. The systematic error was estimated from ignoring interference with nonresonant modes and a 1π to be 0.02 on SL, CL and 2.4% on the signal yield. The Brec vertex from the two charged-pion tracks in its decay was determined.
