Transport industry is increasingly affected by sustainability issues and the recent events, such as the pandemic crisis and the international political crisis are enhancing its importance in the business context. All large companies that are belonging in this sector are trying to improve and innovate business activities and processes in order to embed more sustainable-oriented practices, particularly in the context of SDGs and Agenda 2030 and the EU initiatives. Given the importance to highlight and communicate these practices to internal and external stakeholders, corporate reporting is radically changing to improve disclosures on these policies and strategies in a more transparent way. In the Italian context, a case study in the transport sector (i.e. FNM) was selected for explaining and discussing some best practices in sustainability reporting by adopting both mandatory and voluntary approaches.

Abstract
FNM) was selected for explaining and discussing some best practices in sustainability reporting by adopting both mandatory and voluntary approaches.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
