This contribution reflects on the educational action that is located in the area of social work, with particular attention to services for adults with disabilities. Starting from considerations that place social educational work along the standardization-personalization continuum, a third way of resignification is proposed that explores and crosses the micro, meso and macro levels of social educational action. From this complex interweaving of relationships, a systemic conception emerges that challenges the technical-instrumental logic, the bureaucratization of practices and the repetition, in cumulative form, of the identical. In particular, the reflection draws on some considerations taken from an empirical research carried out during the months of the pandemic crisis in a system of services for adults with disabilities in the District of Lecco (Lombardy).

Abstract
