This target of the work is the replacing of a voltage amplifier with a here proposed transimpedance one in the voice transceiver analog interface, in order to simplify the structure avoiding the use of high cost external components. This target required the development of an innovative transimpedence architecture here presented: it operates a single-ended-to-differential current conversion, leading the circuit to operate as a fully differential transimpedance structure, improving signal immunity. The proposed device has been designed in a 0.13μm CMOS technology and operates from a single 1.5V supply voltage. © 2006 IEEE.

Abstract
This target of the work is the replacing of a voltage amplifier with a here proposed transimpedance one in the voice transceiver analog interface, in order to simplify the structure avoiding the use of high cost external components. This target required the development of an innovative transimpedence architecture here presented: it operates a single-ended-to-differential current conversion, leading the circuit to operate as a fully differential transimpedance structure, improving signal immunity. The proposed device has been designed in a 0.13μm CMOS technology and operates from a single 1.5V supply voltage. © 2006 IEEE.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
