Abstract

A series switch to be used in switched-opamp circuits is proposed. The circuit can be implemented in standard CMOS technology and allows rail-to-rail input and output signals to be processed without a voltage multiplier. Using a 0.5μm CMOS technology, with a 1V supply, the circuit exhibits a total harmonic distortion better than -60dB for a differential signal amplitude up to 1.8 Vpp.
