A complimentary metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS) integrated circuit based on sampled-data system for radiofrequency (RF)-to-baseband demodulation and filtering is proposed. The system is composed of two blocks. The first block rejects the image frequency for the second block which frequency translates and filters the signal with subsampling action. The system is fully integrated in a 0.5 μm CMOS technology and operates from a single 3 V supply.

Abstract
A complimentary metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS) integrated circuit based on sampled-data system for radiofrequency (RF)-to-baseband demodulation and filtering is proposed. The system is composed of two blocks. The first block rejects the image frequency for the second block which frequency translates and filters the signal with subsampling action. The system is fully integrated in a 0.5 μm CMOS technology and operates from a single 3 V supply.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
