In this paper a 600mV supply voltage 4th order lowpass analog filter for UMTS receivers is presented. The filter is designed using two 2 nd order filtering stages based on biquadratic cells, where a suitable level shifter allows to achieve rail-to-rail input and output swing, while operating at a supply voltage of Vth+3Vov. From a single 600mV supply voltage in a CMOS 0.13μm technology the single-ended analog filter features a THD=-49dB for a 480mVpp output signal amplitude.

Abstract
