Starting from the analysis of the commitment of the national legislation in favour of contemporary art events, the essay examines the forms of promotion of these artistic expressions. The aim of this study is to understand to what extent the tension of public institutions produces effective results in the development of the creativity of contemporary artists and the creation of social value.
