The paper comments on some recent hand luggage policies adopted by two well-known low cost airlines. Legal issues concern several aspects: the qulification of the hand luggage; the consumer protection, who is deprived of transparent and clear pieces of information; tha activation of unfair commercial practises; unfair nature of the clauses.
