This study investigates the possibility of interpretation in the formative practice through psychodrama. Starting from two different formative psychodrama experiences carried out by medicine students of the Milan University, the authors have considered the interpretation 'area' in connection with formation, under both the clinical and the epistemological point of view. The utilization of the concept of reality testing proved to be fully answering to the need of clarification of the antinomy 'formation-therapy'.
