Abstract
Correlated diffusion of defects in ionic conductors is investigated by Monte Carlo simulations. Taking Coulomb interactions explicitly into account, we obtain the diffusion constant and the time-dependent mean-square displacement of individual particles for both ordered and disordered lattices. The relevance of our calculations to glassy ionic conductors and to the problem of the so-called "universal ac-response" is pointed out. © 1990.File in questo prodotto:
