Abstract
In Spain, the country's history has weighed decisively on the process of democratisation and on the country's institutional orientations. After the fall of the dictatorship, the judiciary fully played its role in the process of national reconciliation, and during that transitional phase, the mobilisation centred on the Jueces para la démocracia group and the Asociation profesional de la magistratura enabled the judiciary to put forward a convergent package of professional demands, in spite of the fragmented trade union landscape.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
