Discussing Dan Shen's narrative theory, I show how insight from literary criticism can be modelled into an “interpretation protocol” useful to start exploring the complexity of literary texts. Such model could thence used to design teaching modules about narrative theory, but also help in the implementation of machine-learning pipelines for the analysis of texts.

Abstract
Discussing Dan Shen's narrative theory, I show how insight from literary criticism can be modelled into an “interpretation protocol” useful to start exploring the complexity of literary texts. Such model could thence used to design teaching modules about narrative theory, but also help in the implementation of machine-learning pipelines for the analysis of texts.File in questo prodotto:
