The Authors have considered 30 patients who had a milieu therapy in a therapeutic community for adolescents in the past 5 years. Patients were distinguished by sex, age and psychiatric diagnosis. C-GAS Scale score at the admission was compared to the score before they leave or, if they are still inpatients, one year after admission; those who left community for more than 6 months had an interview and again a C-GAS score. Besides, all these patients have been requested to compile a self-administered questionnaire evaluating the outcome of psychiatric treatment (SAVE); these answers were compared to those of a healthy control group. Patients diagnosed as borderline have better results, even if only 4 cases show a pattern overlapping the pattern of the control group. The Authors discuss the factors influencing outcomes.

Abstract
The Authors discuss the factors influencing outcomes.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
