The essay deals with standing of Independent Administrative Authorities. First of all, the research highlights the objective nature of Indipendent Authorities standing and its effects on the assessment of the administrative judge. Moreover, it describes the genesis of these standing provisions, highlighting its com- promising logic. Subsequently, it focuses on the aptitude of these standing powers to change the features of the administrative judicial proceeding. The analysis of the specific powers of standing for each Independent Authority is then conducted on the basis of the most recent judgements of the administrative judge. Finally, in the conclusions, the study intends to verify if these powers mark a return to the ancient objectivity of the administrative judicial proceedings
