This study dealt with the legal ruling, which concern the Muslim minorities in the personal status issues with the aim to studying the most important cases existing in the society of Muslim minorities in the Western countries, in accordance with the analytical juristic ،inductive method in studying juristic disciplines issues taking into consideration the true state of affairs of Muslim minorities and the circumstances involving its individuals and consequently , perceive it within its special framework with in the general jurisprudence domain for the sake of achieving the aims of legislation represented in preponderances and judgments it reaches.
