The crises of world system caused the crises of big medium and small entities, especially in bank system and in very little firms in Italy, but we have to research which are the origin of crises of these small entities. In this article, the author thinks that the modern way of management don’t consider the principles of business administration firm, that are crises of market, crises of financial resources and high price of row materials.
