Summary: Latest develpments in intramedullary locked nailing for foream fractures treatment made this techniques more reliable. There are encouraging elements about their results in the literature. Application of these nails has to be very accurate. The purpose of this article was to describe the surgical technique, payng specific attention to those passages and little tricks that are essential to get better results.
