Abstract
This paper elaborates on the possibilities of a disorienting dilemma from the concept of rhythm in foster care trigger individual and collective reflection/reflexivity and potentially transformation. Despite of the universal presence of rhythms in nature (e.g. calendar, cosmos movements), in physiological activities (e.g. breath, heartbeat), in art (e.g. poetry, music) from a preliminary data analysis emerge that defining this concept appears not easy, ready, lineal operation and it was described by professionals through rhythmic dilemmas (temporal tensions). This may be an opportunity for outline a professional training in foster care. Therefore I hypothesize that rhythm may be a disorienting dilemma towards recognize and potentially transform one’s presuppositions, values, practices.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
