This study takes into consideration the work donewith a group of immigrants who are patients at the Milan Voluntary Association called Naga , which from 1987 offers health and social assistence, free of charge, to foreigners and gypsies without legal permit to Use National Health Service. The subjects where from different countries, the majority from North Africa, followed the one from South America, then from black Africa and few Asian. After two years of this experience we we obtain the risults about diagnosis and evaluation of therapeutic interventions.
