Abstract

Working style is a concept not fully taken into account especially when the unfolding of a business process is supported by Process-aware Information Systems. In this paper we present a practical approach to define and identify working style. The identification is done by searching for some patterns representing critical common features which define a working style. A prototype is presented as a proof of concepts for this new research path.
