The study area is about 52 000 km2. The anthropic pressure is expressed in term of parameters by means of different details and association levels.The applied methodology refers anthropic pressure to over 2100 muncipality areas. The available data were processed to obtain thematic maps elaborating information from different sources with particular regard to National Census Institute (ISTAT). The map elaborations and representations were carried out by means of Geographic Information Systems using both vector and raster techniques. -from English summary
