Abstract
Within the framework of GIS, a distributed groundwater model is applied to evaluate the groundwater processes of the Milan hydrogeological system. The historical sequences of all the different mass balance factors for the period 1975-1994 have been analysed to evaluate their synergistic relationships. The model calibration was applied to 1990; then model applications were evaluated to test the effect of five years with high intensity rainfall (1975-1979) on groundwater and to simulate the piezometric fluctuations in the Milan areaI documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
