Abstract
The article starts from the modern education of healthcare professionals, which includes new aesthetic ways in Medical Humanities. “Multimodal” metaphors, such as movies, songs and paintings are used to improve medical expertise. However, there is still a great resistance against the art-based education. How to gain the same benefits in other ways? From the literature found in PubMed, there is the possibility to let students reflect on “linguistic” metaphors.
