Desctiption of the main manuscript (almost 900 pages) containing a work of islamic (Ibadite) jurisprudence in Berber. It is known as the "Kitāb al Barbariyya" (Ms. Bibliothèque Nationale de Tunis Or. 2550). A manuscript of great importance both for the knwledge of medieval Eastern Berber and for the study of the evolution of Ibadite teaching.

Si tratta del "Kitāb al Barbariyya" (Ms. Bibliothèque Nationale de Tunis Or. 2550). Un manoscritto di primaria importanza per la conoscenza del berbero orientale nel medioevo e per lo studio dell'evoluzione della dottrina ibadita.
