Uterine rupture in pregnancy in women who undergone previous laparoscopic myomectomy is an exceptional event. The spread of laparoscopy in the surgical treatment of uterine myomas, however, has been accompanied by the occurrence of cases of uterine rupture in pregnancy. The case we report is the sixth present in the literature. It regards a 34-years-old woman who suffered uterine rupture at the 26th week of gestation.
