Abstract
Between the two world wars, a consistent maritime policy was hard to find in Italy, and the same can be said about many other states. The period was marked by profound changes, misinterpretations, and a general instability of the commercial policy pursued by the governments of the most powerful countries. So, in many cases the policy was more based on a “trial and error” approach, than on a clear strategic path leading to specific goals.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
