This paper will deal with the question of Heterologous Assisted Reproduction Technology (Art) in the region of Lombardia (Italy), which has published two specific regulations of Art Health Policy, in autumn 2014. Analysis of the documents will be made through bioethical and legal tools. Moreover, the paper will examine some consideration about implications of principle of Justice in Health, in both bioethical context and legal perspectives.
